Deliver the full painting and coating package across a new commercial facility, covering exterior envelope, structural elements and the internal office fit-out.
Challenges
Coordinating with other trades through the construction programme while keeping finished areas protected until handover.
Detailed cut lines and consistent finishes across large glazed elevations, exposed structure and open-plan interiors.
The finish
A consistent, specification-compliant finish across the building envelope and interior, handed over progressively as areas were completed.
